Terms of Service

1. The service

Antidetect Profiles is a desktop application for macOS and Windows for creating and running isolated browser profiles, together with an optional cloud backup service ("the service"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. One account is for one person or organisation. Tell us at support@antidetectprofiles.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Acceptable use

You must use the app in line with the law and with the terms of the websites and services you access. You may not use it for fraud, account takeover, credential stuffing, identity theft, unauthorised access to accounts that are not yours, spam, or abuse of third-party platforms or APIs. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for abuse, with or without notice where allowed by law.

4. Plans and payment

New accounts get a free 7-day trial with 5 profiles. Paid plans are subscriptions billed every 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars. Refunds for unused time are handled case-by-case and where required by law.

5. Your data

Profiles are stored on your Mac or Windows PC. If you use cloud sync, profile data you choose to sync is stored on our servers so you can restore it. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy and security page.

6. Proxies and third-party services

Proxies are not included. Any proxy or other third-party service you use with the app is provided by that third party under its own terms.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee that it will be error-free, that it will work with every website, or that any website will treat a profile in a particular way.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will note it on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
