Summary
Your browser profiles live on your Mac or Windows PC by default. We only store what is needed to run your account and, if you turn it on, your cloud backups. We do not sell personal data. We aim to keep this marketing site free of advertising trackers.
What we store
- Account: your email address, a hashed password, your plan and its expiry date.
- Cloud sync (Standard and Pro only): the profiles you choose to sync — settings, fingerprint configuration, cookies and browser storage — so you can restore them on another Mac or Windows machine.
- Payments: handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of the payment and the plan purchased, not your card details.
- Server logs: IP address, time and request path, kept for a short time for security and troubleshooting.
What stays on your computer
Local profiles, including their cookies, history and saved passwords, are stored in your user account on disk and are not uploaded unless you enable sync for that profile. Proxy credentials for local-only profiles stay on your device.
Email we send
Transactional messages only — for example welcome email after signup, trial reminders, and billing or receipt notices from our payment provider. We do not send third-party advertising email lists.
How we use data
Only to provide the service: signing you in, checking your plan, storing and restoring synced profiles, sending transactional email, and answering support requests.
Security
Traffic between the app, this website and our servers uses HTTPS (TLS). Sync data is not end-to-end encrypted by the app; it is protected in transit and stored on our infrastructure for restore. See the security page for details. We do not claim SOC 2 certification unless we publish it there.
Deleting your data
You can delete synced profiles from the app at any time. To delete your account and all cloud data, email support@antidetectprofiles.com from the address on your account.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
